TERMS OF SERVICE AND DIGITAL-USE LICENCE

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the BUILDORA online store and the BUILDORA CLEAN digital product. By placing an order, downloading the product, or using the materials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase or use the materials.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND STRUCTURE

BUILDORA CLEAN is a modular business-education and implementation system for cleaning-business owners. The delivered package includes an e-book, a Customer Instruction Manual, and an Excel Business OS.

BUILDORA CLEAN contains eight educational business engines, B01–B08. The integrated Excel Business OS contains C01–C08 and C12. C09 — Client Communication Vault, C10 — Business Document Vault, and C11 — AI Business Assistant Vault are separate companion assets supplied with the BUILDORA CLEAN system; they are not worksheets inside the Excel Business OS.

Educational chapters may discuss strategies, calculations, management methods, and future-system ideas beyond the automation in the current workbook. Features identified as Advanced/Future Expansion are educational or future-development concepts and are not automated Excel functionality in the current edition.

2. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Delivery is electronic and is governed by the Digital Delivery Policy. Customers require a device capable of opening ZIP and PDF files and Microsoft Excel capable of opening .xlsx files. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and technical requirements before purchasing.

3. LIMITED LICENCE

Upon successful purchase, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the materials for the purchaser’s own learning and for internal use in one business owned or controlled by the purchaser.

The licence permits the purchaser and the purchaser’s employees or contractors to use working copies internally for that licensed business, provided the materials are not redistributed outside the business and all users follow these terms.

4. PROHIBITED USES

Unless written permission is obtained from BUILDORA, customers must not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, publish, upload, or share the product or download link;
• make the product available through a shared drive, membership, course, marketplace, public website, or file-sharing service;
• copy or adapt substantial portions to create a competing product, template library, course, or service for sale;
• remove copyright, trademark, authorship, or proprietary notices;
• use the product for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activity; or
• attempt to interfere with the store, checkout, delivery system, or other customers’ access.

5. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

BUILDORA CLEAN provides general business education, planning tools, templates, and management support. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, safety, insurance, or other regulated professional advice. Customers should obtain advice from qualified professionals for decisions requiring professional judgment.

Business results depend on the customer’s market, pricing, costs, skill, execution, legal compliance, and other circumstances. No income, profit, customer-growth, or performance result is promised or guaranteed.

Customers remain responsible for verifying their data, formulas, prices, taxes, payroll, legal obligations, safety procedures, customer communications, and business decisions before relying on or applying them.

6. CUSTOMER DATA AND WORKBOOK USE

The Excel Business OS is a customer-controlled file. Customers are responsible for entering accurate information, protecting personal and business data, maintaining backups, controlling access, and complying with privacy and record-keeping laws. Do not enter sensitive information unless it is necessary and appropriately protected.

7. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed. Applicable taxes and the final order total are shown during checkout. Orders are not complete until Shopify confirms the transaction. We may correct clear pricing or listing errors before fulfilling an affected order and will provide any remedy required by law.

8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the Digital Product Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The store content and BUILDORA CLEAN materials—including text, systems, workbook design, templates, graphics, diagrams, branding, and product organization—are owned by or licensed to BUILDORA and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing the product provides only the limited licence stated above; ownership is not transferred.

10. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY

We may improve, correct, replace, or discontinue store content or future product editions. A purchase does not include future editions, new services, custom support, or functionality identified as Advanced/Future Expansion unless the offer expressly states otherwise. We do not guarantee that the store or download service will always be uninterrupted, but we will take reasonable steps to correct verified access problems.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The store, checkout, email delivery, and payment processing may use Shopify and other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Links to external resources are provided for convenience and do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.

12. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product and store are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. BUILDORA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the materials.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. The terms presented at the time of purchase govern that order, except where a later change is required by law or expressly accepted by the customer.
