DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

BUILDORA CLEAN is a digital product. No physical package is shipped, no shipping address is required for delivery, and no shipping, customs, or import-delivery fees apply.

WHAT IS DELIVERED

The purchase provides access to one downloadable ZIP package containing:

• the BUILDORA CLEAN e-book in PDF format;
• the BUILDORA CLEAN Excel Business OS in .xlsx format; and
• the BUILDORA CLEAN Customer Instruction Manual in PDF format.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

After a successful checkout, the digital-delivery system provides a download link on the order-confirmation or order-status page and may also send the link to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery is normally available within a few minutes, although fraud review, email filtering, platform maintenance, or an incorrect checkout email can cause a delay.

Customers should check their spam, junk, and promotions folders and confirm that the checkout email address was entered correctly. If the link does not arrive or does not work, use the Contact Information page linked in the store footer and provide the order number and checkout email address.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

A device capable of downloading and opening ZIP files is required. The e-book and manual require PDF-reader software. The Excel Business OS requires Microsoft Excel capable of opening .xlsx files. Some functionality or formatting may not operate as intended in other spreadsheet applications.

DOWNLOAD RESPONSIBILITY

Customers should download the package promptly and retain a secure personal backup. Download access is for the purchaser’s licensed use only and remains subject to the Terms of Service and digital-use licence.

DELIVERY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory delivery, cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that apply under law.
