DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

BUILDORA CLEAN is supplied as a digital product. No physical item is shipped, so digital purchases cannot be physically returned.

Because download access is provided after a successful purchase, sales are generally final once digital access has been supplied. This does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

PLEASE CONTACT US PROMPTLY IF:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• your delivery email or download link did not arrive or does not work;
• a downloaded file is corrupted, materially incomplete, or the wrong file; or
• the delivered product materially differs from its published description.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase, unless applicable law provides a longer period, using the Contact Information page linked in the store footer. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the problem.

We will first try to restore access, replace a missing or corrupted file, or otherwise correct the issue. If we cannot provide the purchased product, or if a refund is required by applicable law, an eligible refund will be returned to the original payment method. After approval, processing may take up to 10 business days, plus any additional time required by the customer’s bank or card provider.

CHANGE-OF-MIND REQUESTS

A change of mind, failure to download the files, or lack of compatible software does not normally qualify for a refund after access has been provided, except where required by law. Before purchasing, customers should review the product description and technical requirements. The package includes PDF documents and a Microsoft Excel .xlsx workbook.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any mandatory rights or remedies available under the consumer-protection laws that apply to the purchase.
